returns and exchanges

We are confident that all of our Luxury Lace products will exceed your expectations. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will do all we can to make it right. If we are unable to correct any problems, we offer an exchange, provided that you contact us within 7 days of it’s shipment.

Accepting Returns

We accept exchanges on all Luxury Lace products. Items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way may not be accepted for return.  

Refunds

Due to the level of craftsmanship we do not offer a refund on any products. In the case that your item is defected, we will replace the item, given we are contacted within 7 days from shipment.

Restocking Fee

For every return there is a 15% restocking fee.
